After your confirmation, the artwork will be professionally packaged and shipped free of charge (within Germany). In a sturdy wooden crate, well protected and insured. You will receive a tracking number \u2013 and can look forward to your new artwork with peace of mind.<\/p>\n

How will the artwork reach me?<\/strong>
You can pick up your desired artwork in person at my studio in Karlsruhe. Alternatively, I will send it to you professionally and securely packaged (free of charge within Germany and for purchases over 1000 EUR). For larger or international shipments, I will gladly provide exact prices upon request. <\/p>\n

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?<\/strong>
I carefully pack each artwork in a sturdy wooden crate. Should anything arrive damaged, I will immediately offer a replacement or refund \u2013 straightforward and personal. <\/p>\n

Can I return the artwork if I don’t like it?<\/strong>
Yes. You can return the artwork within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. I understand that art is very personal. However, I kindly ask you to cover the shipping and return costs. <\/p>\n

How long does shipping take?<\/strong>
Within Germany, delivery time is approx. 5\u20138 business days. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your artwork until it arrives. <\/p>\n
