You can pick up your chosen piece in person at my studio in Karlsruhe. Alternatively, I\u2019ll send it to you professionally and securely packaged (free within Germany and for purchases of EUR 1000 and above). For larger or international shipments, I\u2019ll be happy to provide exact prices on request. <\/p>\nWhat happens if the artwork arrives damaged?<\/strong>
I pack every piece carefully in a sturdy wooden crate. If anything does arrive damaged, I\u2019ll offer an immediate replacement or refund\u2014straightforward and personal. <\/p>\nCan I return the piece if I don\u2019t like it?<\/strong>
Yes. You can return the piece within 14 days if it doesn\u2019t meet your expectations. I understand that art is very personal. However, I ask that you cover the shipping and return costs. <\/p>\nHow long does shipping take?<\/strong>
