Together, we’ll discuss your questions about size, impact, and spatial effect \u2013 and if you like, I’ll create a free digital preview of the painting in your room (hanging service). All you need is a photo of your wall. <\/p>\n
Once you’ve decided, the work will be professionally packed and shipped free of charge (within Germany). It will arrive in a sturdy wooden crate, well-protected and insured. You will receive tracking information \u2013 so you can relax and look forward to your new artwork.<\/p>\nFrequently Asked Questions<\/h3>\n
You can pick up your chosen work in person at my studio in Karlsruhe. Alternatively, I can send it to you professionally and securely packaged (free of charge within Germany for purchase prices of \u20ac1,000 or more). For larger or international shipments, I’m happy to provide exact prices upon request.<\/p>\n
I pack every piece carefully in a sturdy wooden crate. Should something arrive damaged despite this, I offer an immediate replacement or refund \u2013 straightforward and personal. <\/p>\n
Yes. You can return the work within 14 days if it doesn’t meet your expectations. I understand that art is very personal. However, I ask that you cover the shipping and return costs. <\/p>\n
Within Germany, delivery time is approx. 5\u20138 business days. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your artwork until it arrives. <\/p>\n
