What if I’m lost in daydreams?<\/p>\n

The title almost sounds like a doubt.
Like a quiet reproach to ourselves.<\/p>\n

And yet, this painting is a declaration of love for precisely this state.<\/p>\n

It was created during another beach walk.
A different day. A different light.
Feathers again.
And this time, shells too. <\/p>\n

There are these moments by the sea when we lose ourselves, not from disorientation, but because we let go.<\/p>\n

We bend down for a shell. Discover a feather in the foam of the waves. Observe how the white of the water settles over the sand, how it washes around, releases, then swallows again. <\/p>\n

And as we watch, we begin to drift.<\/p>\n

Thoughts dissolve.
Time loses its strictness.
Daydreams rise like whitecaps.<\/p>\n

When I was working on the idea for What if I’m Lost in Daydreams<\/em>, I had to think of “The Birth of Venus” by Sandro Botticelli: the motif of the one born from sea foam, standing in a shell.
Here, too, it is the foam that brings something forth.<\/p>\n

Only in my painting, they are not mythological figures, but inner spaces. They remind us that dreams and ideas are born in something as fleeting as the foam on the waves, on a beautiful day at the sea. <\/p>\n

The dancing feathers on the water.
The shells uncovered by the sea.
The rhythmic movement of waves hitting the land, or rather, the sand.<\/p>\n

What if I’m Lost in Daydreams<\/em> is the only horizontal artwork from the Little Wonders<\/em> series.
It carries vastness within it.
The sequence of movement.
The flow.<\/p>\n

The colors are vibrant, oscillating, almost pulsating, and enhanced with sand mixed into oil paints.
Like thoughts that come and go.
Like memories that overlap.<\/p>\n

There we remember longings.
There new possibilities arise.
There we gather energy \u2013 quietly, unnoticed, but deeply effective.<\/p>\n

The little wonders \u2013 feathers, shells, foam \u2013
open spaces between reality and the inner self.<\/p>\n

And perhaps it is precisely there
that our greatest clarity is hidden.<\/p>\n

You can personally pick up your desired artwork at my studio in Karlsruhe. Alternatively, I will send it to you professionally and securely packaged (free within Germany and for purchases over 1000 EUR). For larger or international shipments, I will gladly provide exact prices upon request.<\/p>\n

What happens if the artwork arrives damaged?<\/strong>
I carefully pack each artwork in a sturdy wooden crate. Should anything arrive damaged, I will immediately offer a replacement or refund \u2013 uncomplicated and personal. <\/p>\n

Can I return the artwork if I don’t like it?<\/strong>
Yes. You can return the artwork within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. I understand that art is very personal. However, I ask you to cover the shipping and return costs. <\/p>\n

How long does shipping take?<\/strong>
Within Germany, delivery time is approximately 5\u20138 business days. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your artwork until it arrives. <\/p>\n
