A feather lies on the street.

Perhaps in the dust. Perhaps in the dirt.
And immediately, two voices emerge within us.

One says:
Leave it there. It’s dirty. There might be germs.
A familiar voice. A warning voice.

And yet there is this other impulse within us: This fascination.
How beautiful it is.
How perfect.
How delicately it shimmers in the light.

We want to pick it up.
We want to run our fingers over its fine structures.
And at the same time, we feel respect.

Precisely in this ambivalence lies the power of Bundle of Little Wonders II.

Feathers move between opposites.
On the street, they seem worthless to us.
In the right context – cleaned, staged, consciously chosen – they adorn kings. They refine garments and make objects precious.

One and the same wonder, yet our attitude changes.

Bundle of Little Wonders II explores this discrepancy.
Because often it is the small things we feel drawn to, even though we know:
There is a risk here. There is uncertainty here.
And yet we take a step closer. Because we are curious, our intuition guides us, and we are more than our fear.

The brushstrokes in this work are more decisive, more fiery.
The colors blaze: red, embers, full of energy, and at the same time they are reined in, held, controlled by surfaces and the regulating blue.

The bundled feathers look like bundled flames.

Bundle of Little Wonders II is the flaming sword of the Little Wonders series.

It stands for the power that arises when we consciously choose what calls to us.
When we don’t carelessly leave our inner wonders lying around.
When we defend them.

Bundle of Little Wonders II aims to encourage:

Activate your own power.
Stand up for what is important to you.
Allow yourself to be drawn to what makes you feel alive – even if it takes courage.

Little wonders are not always gentle.
Sometimes they are fire.
And we are allowed to learn to wield them.
