I come from a family of gardeners – this is where my roots lie. Nature and plants were never “just beautiful” to me, but an expression of intelligence, growth, inner order, and arrival. What touched me early on was not the obvious, but the in-between: what resonates beneath the surface, what reveals itself when you look – truly look.

As a highly sensitive dreamer, the search for myself is my constant path. Writing down my thoughts and processing them into images is healing and transformation for me. Therefore, I am delighted when my buyers refer to my paintings as resource images in which they can find themselves. Today, I live and work on a Canadian island on the Atlantic coast and in Germany in my studio in Karlsruhe. These two poles define me and my work.
